APITRAZ®

The strip of advantages

Apitraz is our amitraz-based parasiticide to control varroa in bees. The market leader, we sell it in over a dozen countries around the world.

SUPPLEMENTS AT TIMES OF NUTRIENT DEFICIENCIES

Essential amino acids -the ones bees cannot synthesise and must get from their diet (pollen)- are very important. Not all pollens have the same protein content and can sometimes lack these essential amino acids, negatively impacting the bee's development. This is when protein supplements play an important role in helping make up for these deficiencies.

Photo Beekeeping Award

The “Photo Beekeeping Calier Awards” aim to give visibility to the dimension, work and professionalization of the beekeeping sector in Spain and Portugal as well as Calier's commitment to highlight the role of bees in the conservation of the natural environment, the pollination of crops and the maintenance of biodiversity.

Environmental commitment

A commitment to beekeeping is a commitment to biodiversity. One-third of global food production is thought to depend on bees as key pollinators in the food chain.

Calier will leverage this commitment to keep moving forwards, contributing to the 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals with the roll-out of solutions that promote and contribute to the One Health approach.
