With an annual manufacturing capacity of 1.3 million litres, our liquids plant produces iconic Calier products such as Promotor L, as well as pharmaceuticals and foods. Equipped with a just-in-time printing system, it allows us to customise each product according to the requirements of the destination.

With a capacity of 13 billion doses per year, this plant is at the forefront in Europe for the development of biological products, with a special focus on vaccines for poultry farming. 

A facility specialised in beekeeping products where we manufacture solutions focused on the control of varroa, the mite that causes the most damage to apiculture worldwide.

Our diagnostics centre features an analysis service that identifies the organisms behind different pathologies in production animals, as well as a real-time PCR service for the molecular diagnosis of salmonella.

A radiofrequency-managed warehouse combining products with different conservation and temperature requirements. This facility allows us to store, prepare and dispatch orders from national and international customers and to supply our production plants on time with the components they need to make our products.

The formulations laboratory is dedicated to the preparation and design of manufacturing processes for different pharmaceutical forms and routes of administration. The analytical laboratory studies and validates analytical methods in raw materials and finished products, and carries out stability studies on the first industrial batches.
